The account utilities allow you to control three aspects of your Looking4You account. To access the account utilities click the screwdriver icon at the bottom of the screen.
1. Reset password. Click this button to reset your password.
2. Release Account. Clicking this button will allow you to release your account from the current device. Looking4You accounts are bound to the device they were started on for security reasons. Releasing your account makes it impossible to log in until it is attached to another device. This is particularly useful if you upgrade your device or have to buy a new one. If you lost your device before being able to release the account use the contact button above to let us know your user id and or device UDID if you know it. We will release the account for.
3. Attach account. After releasing your account from one device you will likely want to attach it to another. Launch the Looking4You application. You will be asked to create a profile at the login screen. You may either cancel out of this screen and press the Acct Utils button on the starting screen. Or press Account Utils in the bar at the top of the Login screen. Press the attach account button on the account utilities page. You will be asked for your user id and password. Enter this information and click the send button on the device keypad. You should then get a message that the account has been attached. If you do not use the contact button above to send us the user id and UDID so that we can attach the account for you.
