ScreenCapture
ScreenCap is a lightweight yet powerful screen capture utility. ScreenCap allows you to create movies in a variety of formats including mp4. ScreenCap is not memory intensive and tends not to slow down with large files. You can create movies of various sizes in addition to the different formats.
ScreenCap also includes a preview mode and small control bar, keeping the recorder window out of view during recording.
Use ScreenCap for presentations, instructional videos and more, simply click the Go Button and start recording your screen contents.
